Our Coaches

Elliott Boltz

Head Coach

Coach Elliott Boltz began his wrestling journey traveling across Pennsylvania and Oklahoma to attend camps with his brother, building a strong foundation in the sport from an early age.

As a military brat, Elliott wrestled overseas, becoming a DoDEA European Champion, earning four top placings at DoDEA European Championships, and qualifying for the 2006 NHSCA National High School Wrestling Championships. He went on to compete collegiately at West Point NY, graduating in 2011.

Following graduation, Elliott served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army for 12 years. After concluding his active-duty service, he and his family relocated to the Liberty, Missouri area, where he spent three years coaching at Liberty North High School (as a varsity assistant) and leading youth and club programs.

Off the mat, Elliott works as a Solutions Engineer in the tech industry and continues his military service as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves.

His favorite part of coaching?
"Wrestling taught me the life lessons that shaped everything, from West Point to company command and building winning programs. Coaching keeps me grounded in my faith and reminds me what truly matters. Our kids are hardworking, hilarious, and motivate me every single day."

Coach Elliott resides in Liberty, Missouri, with his beautiful wife and three wonderful young boys, all of whom share a love for the sport of wrestling.
